Gets angsty. Apparently ML & some goddess make bet involving MC. Goddess killed ML’s family and he’s been living for revenge for 100 yrs. If ML doesn’t subjugate MC she’ll be controlled by goddess. One of them has to die. It’s so angsty lol. ML apparently does die and MC realizes she can travel in time and saves him & his family. 10 yr separation (considering he’s like 13 in the past that makes sense lol) & ends w MC alternating btw ML’s time and visiting her bro in the future.

c4 rejects blessing, receives blessing for her happinesss instead; c6 speeds up wedding;secon c9 wedding (do second marriage so can’t get divorced; c11 smex; c17 tart…or not (learns she found out he doesn’t like sweets and that’s probably why she hasn’t sent him another tart); c20 ML spends a bunch of money to buy jewels at auction lol/learns about ML’s past, previous duke slaughtered ML’s friends & family bc he refused to become the heir; c23 ML pissed at priest for disrespecting MC/MC unhappy she’s fallen for ML when she never wanted to; c27 bakes horrible cookies, ML finds out and eats them/gives up on trying to distance herself from ML (not that she was going a good job of doing so lol); c29 first meeting w Leo; c32 brings up his ex to him; c34-35 ML’s past in full (grandfather poisons well killing everyone but ML & Leo, Leo tortured till he’s full of rage); c37 accepts dukedom lol/MC becomes ill; c38 ML realizes he’s in love w MC; c41 meets grandpa Karl again; c44-45 ML & Leo fight/finally resolve their conflict; c47 princess comes to negotiate Leo’s return; c48 returns to her; c57 tells him she loves him; c58 tells her he loves her too; c70 saintess arrives

c4 searching for a club to join (hilarious);

Basically he turned back time to bring her back but the witch hated him so she erased his memories & he relieved same life over and over and over again. Then witch realized she was hurting FL so let MC go back w his memories but by then a bunch of parallel timelines built up and she went back to force everything back as it was on first timeline only to be stopped by a ver of herself that send back MC & Fl both w their memories and somehow it’s all good now. No clue about anything that happens in current timeline except their together and have daughter. Cool idea, not sure I understand how they got out of the conundrum they were in. Maybe reread whole story in the future? Probably should just read the original novel it’s based on though.
