Katou’s the only reason why I’ve reread this series. Genuinely, Kojima should have suffered more consequences for his actions. A simple apology wouldn’t have cut it even if that did happened. I’m moreover upset how quickly Katou forgave him out of love. Seriously? It’s shit like that is how horrible people take advantage of good people and iT’s OkAy BeCaUsE lOvE rUnS dEePer. It’s not romantic. It’s not cute. That plot device to further their relationship is trash, unnecessary. I do appreciate how the foreshadowing and POV is portrayed.
