Also it was filled with watermark making my reading experience worsen. The story itself is actually not so bad. i kinda liked how both of them was obsessed with the other on a little unhealthy level. Considering that the writer and artist is the same person, she has done a good job at writing the storyline even though i kinda felt like there should have been more chapters, the end felt a tad bit rushed and also a bittersweet and almost kinda open ended. There are some plotholes, like the guy who had red hair and was killed in idk the 44 chap, his brother (!!) was the one who got revenge, but we dont know what happened to him, or how the fight went on, since the author decided to leave that info out, and we only saw that psycho walk out with blood on his clothes so i guess he must not have survived. I also thought the snake and the flashbacks and some scenes had a deeper meaning and were actually forshadowing something and most of them were left hanging, like they didnt really have that purpose or the mangaka forgot to include it or just ran out of chapters to explain them. i feel like this had so much potential, i aslo like speed run read it since i should be studying my ass off regardless i really liked this, stayed up until late just to read a lil more. I also liked how they could communicate in the beginning, like they would have an unspoken problem but would resolve it within a short amount of time, but like the uke's anxiety still showed, that he was afraid seme would regret turning into a bat, and resenting him for it, but didnt really want to voice this concern of his.(kinda proving that they arent very honest and still are running for their lives. i kinda feel like there could have been another season where they resolve this issue and they can eventually live happily ever after. I alos wished to see more of their shared or separate history.) Also theres an epilouge that ive saved the link for. heres the song that perfectly fits the vibe of this manhwa: j. cole - she knows (slowed + reverb). Alas i will likely read more from this artist. Hopefully this will get an official trans in the future. Feels a bit unfinished. The art is actually good you just cant see that on many chaps... (Side note the author said that this isnt a pyschological manga which is laughable since this perfectly fits that genre/category...)

This is literally so beautiful, so preacious i love this from the bottom of my heart the charaters the plot the art i just cantttttt.... this is absolute cinema. So peak. Honestly this is a work of art. I wish i could reread this for the firdt time already but im already considering rereading this after literally just finishing it at 2:40 am on a sunday morning. I love Luce. And in my opinion he was portrayed very perfectly. One can and most likely will interpret his behaviour and actings individually and difeerently, so ill share my thoughts about my own interpretations. He appears to not hide his past, sharing details of his history but at the same time he always makes an excuse to try and "prank" / fool eijiah (never suceeds with this, not even the first time which is more and more hilarious each occasion). This sweet devil only wants what eijiah wants. He desires to make his wishes come true, and to make a stronger bond with him. Why? Because eijiah is unique. " But who prays for Satan? Who, in eighteen centuries, has had the common humanity to pray for the one sinner that needed it most. "Hes special like that. He found one person in the whole universe wholl love respect and accept him for who he is, with every single of his wrongdoings and history, wholl like and desire him for who he not appears to be but for his true being. And eijiah flawlessly fits that description. My guy was smitten. So much that when he reincarnated he recognised luce within one fricking glance. Any and every time. This guy did not disappoint. And ths author cooked, delivered, ate and left no crumbs. Theres no plot hole. If we dont count the fact that this is supposed to be yaoi but theres no such scenes, so somehow it did not stay true to its original genre, the story doesnt necessarily need it. Their relationship is very pure. Eijiah believes and loves Luce like a faithful and loyal beilever would in God. I hope this story does not make me less faithful to God. Oh my, i liked and enjoyed this so much. The plot twist... ah how this might just be one of my favourites of all time. And just to clarify the art is similar cause i have fricking seen it before!!! The author and artist(s) are/is the exact same as "unsettling scent". Funny how many similarities one can find in these teo works. Like with the believing stuff in the beginning of both story and their dynamic which is a guy behind a mask, trying to charm the other into sinning, and an expressionless cool calm peaceful guy and they eventually become so entagled that one should never tear them apart. I also kinda fw the concept of them having a child cause how awesome would that be? An angel/arc-angel/demon/the devil x ordinary human who half ascended then died, was reborn and then turned into an immortal. Hell yes. Wheres the mpreg tag? I also giggled when i saw the tag "older uke" since clearly it was never stated which or what position Luce would take if or when they went to bed, ans everyone without question decided he'll bottom. I cant believe he fricking can turn into anything and everything. Honestly i kind of wanted to see them do the deed, because like... i know for favt it would be hella interesting but also like... would it be pure and innocent like the seme? Or slutty and sexy? Which is kinda out of the blue but still. This mangaka khm artist never fails to amaze me. Lived up to my expectations. I wish there were more. Im dying to see more of thede two. I dont want to let them go already its too soon. Was this how Luce felt? I wonder what it would feel like to watch someone dear to you slowly fade and wither away and you can only hopelessly and powerlessly watch how their wheel of fate turns. How sad. This had the right amounts of comedy, soft or light romancr and sad moments. The chapters are a tad bit too short for my taste but oh, each to their own i guess. I recomend this 10000000% surely and will reread many times in the future. Haha.... reminds me of the few mangas i had a long ass paraghraph for... and ive lost all of them. I dont want to experience that ever again. Maybe ill save this someone else too. Just so i can reread it from time to time. Anyways. This was lovely. I had a blast. Very reforming thoughts. Luce very lucifer like and by that i mean the show Lucifer, with tom ellis if i remember his name correctly. Oh that devilish smile, suit and tie, my my...fuck. i rerrad it... this is so so good

this could have been so good only if the crow god didnt fall in love with a child hadnt been kissing him in his sleep for years hadnt kept everything a secret forced himself on uke multiple times and then overreactied and the author went on a 6 year old hiatus along with the seme's disappeance....

this was so beautfiul i love this so much this deserves the world oh how i hope to read more of this in the future and also more from this mangaka. Both the seme and the uke was perfect in and of itself (themselves?)... so respectful and loving and appreciating and cherishing the other oh my.. i like the art its pretty and their kids are so adorable!!! lmao the translations changed like every other chapter but oh well. And its fundamental to mention that khalid refused to do it with the mc until he could completely reclaim the throne and stand as a worthy equal.. Ts too immaculate for me. I didnt expect it to be so well written and drawn. What a healthy couple. Oh and their tiger? also such a cutie pie. always rescuing the main character from danger, and apperantly its a she!! She had babies in the last page... my heart almost couldnt take it. haha and the author included a family tree it turns out they didnt simply have 3 children, there were actually 5 in total!!! married, with kids, happy together forever. What more could one ask for?
