The more I read this type of stories, the more I realize how much complicated boys love can be. Or perhaps they suffer this much because they are of same gender !!! Obsession, guilt, happiness, passion, selfishness, cowardice, hatred, regret, emptiness, you name it, love is a mixture of all of those. At first I didn't like Jaeha! But as the story progressed, reason of every character's dilemma became clear and Jaeha felt so real, he acted the way as many people in his shoes would do, and the disliking faded away. •Lover Boy Eunho once asked Jaeha to be his, but it was too late he was already getting married. However, now they meet again after Jaeha’s divorce and now the time for new love has arrived. Sadly Jaeha is going out with another man in order to try and help himself forget his feelings for Eunho, but Eunho refuses to give up on their love. Struggle and persistence plus double re-encounters finally lead to the hard-earned happy ending. This story got me drunk without alcohol. I forgot all my obligations and read it in one day. The characters were so well developed that they could be real. The webtoon contains amazing art and then the fact that it ties angst, fluff, and Yaoi so well. Now I can say it's Truly a considerable masterpiece.

A Guy Like You

Complete | Waje | 2016 released

I enjoyed reading this, felt it was too long and melodramatic and the characters showed what love goes through even when it was done in the most cliche way possible. The main couple [Go siwoon - Kang jinha] had to deal with a one-sided love at the beginning then with others trying to get in between them, and showing what someone is willing to do for love. Towards the middle, the author or editors had trouble explaining the plot confusing the readers. It should have been wrapped up to end since they knew how to block the Envy Stone from hindering the Fate Stone (around Ch.45), author should've just let them turn the table, let our 2 smol beans eventually be Happy Ever After.. The more it extended the more it ruined the main character, now they became such complicated lovers & friends, destroyed all their good point that the author had built up. It's sad that just because it’s the most popular manga on the original website, caused it’s dragged on & on until it became this mess. That was a waste. On the positive side, the story still overwhelmed the worth of read. It’s impressive how much the art has improved from the first chapter up until the last one, it really did seem like a dream. Their love prevailed through extreme obstacles and every character showed their different perspectives, emotions, loneliness, hope, loss, jealousy, rejection, and most importantly love.

Junjou Shounen

Complete | Sunako | 2015 released

I was really looking forward to this, too bad the execution was quite poor. It seems like the mangaka had a lot of ideas, and they just got away from them as the story was compressed into the seven chapters. It feels a little rushed in a lot of areas, and there's just so much random information here and there that isn't even necessary or explored enough to be actually relevant. Trying to make Mizutani both pitiful and vengeful didn't really work out, either. Kusaka seemed to be the most balanced character, but overall I felt that none of them got real development. I truly feel like the drama was force, maybe because 1 volume isn't enough to cover all of the emotions and everything just went fast forward in the last 2 chapters. this manga has a lot of potential but too bad it's only 1 volume.

Doushiyoumonai Renjo

Complete | SAGANO Hiwo | 2016 released

That's two diffrent kinds of trauma clashing. For Uke there's internal issues like self acceptance, low self-esteem, lacking social interation. For Seme there's external issues, mother abandonment, feelings of being rejected by people he loved (like Uke), loneliness for having to leave his comfort zone (his dog, his former school). Ordinary Yaoi plot, but Yeah! this wouldn't have been a story without the lack of communication (as usual) that yaoi manga posses. .. About character development, "Kiyou" especially changed a lot, Compared to how he was like as a kid, and then now when he adopted this "I'm the root of all evil" attitude. it was a change for the worse, but he definitely wouldn't act like he did at the end if he didn't accept the worse truth to be abnormal generously. "Tsurugi" changed too, his abrupt moving warped his mind. Altough he didn't change much since reuniting with Kiyou, he just became more desperate as his tactics didn't work and his actions escalated. • • From my perspectives, characters development is basic and storyline goes with monotonous regularity
