Innocent and airheaded student Nazuku follows a cat one day and runs into Ayafumi, a playboy who has been slipped an aphrodisiac and insists Nazuku "help" him, which results in him basically raping Nazuku. But Ayafumi enjoys the encounter so much he insists the kid come back without even realizing that he's basically threatening him into it. But Nazuku falls in love and it ends up all right. Later, they get to try to explain the situation to his protective older sister. Not the best setup, but their relationship ends up surprisingly interesting and nuanced by the end.
