Mitsuru is a reporter working a case about "biters" (vampires) in order to prove the innocence of his childhood friend. But it turns out that his childhood friend is in fact a biter, and crazier still, Mitsuru is what's called a "nectar," whose blood attracts vampires. When Mitsuru realizes how much Ana really desires him, will he be frightened that Ana's affection is just a byproduct of Mitsuru's blood, or will he be able to truly accept his friend? Pretty cute, and I especially loved how cool Mitsuru gets to be in the final chapter when he confronts Ana about their relationship. Trigger warning: attempted rape(?).

Ch.1-2 - Rose-colored Research with the Flower Eater - Kuzunoha has been trying to create the "shining rose" ever since he offered one to his childhood love only to have her inexplicably eat it, but he's run out of funding. Enter Mitsurou, his new benefactor and Kuzunoha's first love in fact who happens to be a flower-eater (associated with vampires in Japan) who has always been searching for the taste of the delicious flower from that time. No trigger warnings. Ch.3 - Congenital WILD! - Tatsuhiko has always lived by instinct, and this time his instincts are drawing him to his basketball teammate, the popular Kokami. No trigger warnings. Ch.4 - So Happy? - Atsushi was happily married for one month before his wife left him for a host saying he was too boring. Atsushi decides to get his revenge on that host only to find that the host has misunderstood and fallen in love with him. Trigger warnings: sex work, dubcon. Ch.5-6 - Asa and Mitya - Asa is gay, Mitya is a former delinquent, and they've been a happy couple for years now. A slice of life and how they met. Trigger warning: mention of suicide.

En is a newly made vampire currently under the care of Utsugi, a worker for the vampire agency Fangs. But when En goes to his first matchmaking party and finds himself a hot commodity as an untouched vampire to pair with and feed off of, he desperately announces he'll pair with Utsugi instead. After that, Utsugi begins to pursue En while also slowly introducing him to the world of vampires and the new friends and struggles he'll have. But En can't bring himself to completely trust and pair with Utsugi since he knows Utsugi still isn't telling him everything. It's well-written and interesting with good sex scenes, so I like it so far. Trigger warnings: mass murder, suicidal ideation, mention of cheating.

Ch.1-2 - Hiyodori is an orphan who was raised in a brothel, and even though he's an adult now, he's been sheltered by the workers and is hopelessly innocent. Enter the handsome sea captain Shyougetsu, a friend of the owner who first found Hiyodori, who says he'll step up to teach Hiyodori about what it means to be an adult (sexually), leading Hiyodori to fall in love. It's short and sweet if you're into the very young, feminine type of uke, but they really did depict Hiyodori as just too childlike for my comfort. Trigger warning: feels like statutory rape. Ch.3-5 - Jan is a vampire who was caught by the part werewolf priest, Asu, and though he hates being fed blood packs instead of fresh blood, he's come to enjoy the physical aspects of their relationship. But when the father figure who raised them both (separately?) and formerly was Jan's lover returns, they have to prove their relationship. Weird stuff, not my cup of tea. Trigger warning: pedophilia.
