UPDATE Dec 2017: FINISHED accd. to scanlators. | Cute! Reminds me of Dekiru Otoko. It's a fluffy and cute courtship of a farmer (uke) and a cook (seme) that is allergic to cats. Whole story is how their relationship develop as they accomplish everyday works and mishaps. Meanwhile, seme try to make their sex life progress despite being cat-cockblocked. BTW, Miki, is so fucking amazing! Such talented man. His naggy and thorny self is funny! I can totally relate to the pleasure of seeing someone enjoy your food. The farmer is so adorable and cute and the face he makes when he eats the meals the restaurant owner prepares is just bliss. The little recipes from the meal of the day/chapter is a nice touch. I've always wished for one whenever I read a cooking manga.

@2018 Edit: WOW. I never thought I could actually mark this as finished 1 yr after. Ch. 1-3,6: One shinigami passes time w/o a care until this one odd, kind human came. His fondness for this mortal got tested when 1 day, an order came down to collect this soul. / Ch. 4: #office romance of boss and subordinate, #already lovers. Subordinate saw his lover being secretive in a storage room with a woman. Became super jealous Ch. 5: Very nice prostitute x police story. It's touching and full of love. --- @2017 my summary: Shinigamis (death god) are created mateless, a creature of solitude. However, one certain shinigami started to enjoy watching a human so when it's time to reap this human's soul, he was unable to do it. As punishment for the failed mission, he was to pretend as a human being while waiting for a chance to finally do the deed. But it never came. And his chest started to feel warm whenever they were close. In the middle of their silly antics, these two lonely guys start falling mutually inlove. Thanatos (the shinigami) kept living with the human trying to deny that he wanted to let this human live until another knock at death's door arrived for his favourite Asahi. Unable to deny the love he's feeling, he decided to exchange his own for Asahi's. Nobody really knows what will happen to Shinigami's that "disappeared" but he still did it. So Asahi lived and kept his memory. I thought he (thanatos) was just going to fade way like that but later, we see a reborn shinigami without memory, and now as a guardian angel. It's practically a restart. But at the bonus page, we see a hint that he will eventually recover his memory even bit by bit. But the feelings of love? it's already there, ready to be remembered once again. I love the bittersweet ending.

Edit: Dec. 2017 Finished. // The fact that it's True-to-Life got me interested. A BL mangaka finally is able to make a manga w/ a real life gay guy and... readers got bored.LMAO, wtf. #straight seme x gay uke. At first they got acquainted because of the Akira(uke)'s food blog but seme, despite being straight fell inlove. #courtship along the way and I love how they got closer and how eventually, the uke fell for seme for real. At first, uke finally gave in to go out because he yearned to be loved but seme's kindness and patient straightforwardness made him fell in. Unfortunately, Japan is not a flexible society and the issue of marriage came up for the straight seme who is about to come in terms about the reality of having relations with another man. Took him a year to convince his traditionalist family. Meanwhile, uke considered all of this a breaking-up and is actually waiting for a slow fade but deep inside him, he's holding on to his feelings. Finally, Masaru came back.

2017-04-06 17:26 marked What a precious omegaverse manga. It is important that this manga is one of the rare gems that is not rapey not to mention it's got bridal audition. Pretty interesting. But the plot has plenty of loose strings and just focused on the developing romance of the main pair. That's great but I wish it concluded with lesser questions on the readers mind.

@2018 edit: Finished. Reminds me of Isekai Shukodou but BL version. So lovely. ISEKAI=ordinary human that was transported to another world. So now, our MC (32) works there as a chef for 5 yrs now. He had fought against this odd tradition of proposal eversince but due to a careless act, he became betrothed w/ a customer... who turned out to be a prince. It's sooo soo pretty like omg. So sparkly and romantic I just can't one pure high school romance here guys, if you're in the mood for it this is a good read. They started out badly with that attempted force mating when Kasahara (alpha) got drunk. Alpha is so mad he avoided the guy who tried to take advantage of him and his alpha status. He may be pissy at the first chaps but he's one of the most proper alphas around. What I like about him is he's never discriminatory. He just wanted to live normally since he's so bogged down by the labels of the society. Amusing thing about it is when Kasahara started facing his feelings for Akiyama, Akiyama got kind of turned off when he's the one that chased the guy at the first chap. @Last chapters: WHOA. I'm so amazed. the mangaka was able to dig deep down their characters. This is truly well made. I thought this was just a lighthearted and rare (non-rapey) omegaverse romance but it exceeded my expectations! As the story goes on, we get to know the two MCs deeper and their innermost fears and insecurity. They are communicating and tried to met in the middle along with what they lack. They definitely compliment each other. An ordinary but non-discriminatory kind alpha x excellent omega pulled down by society's perception.
