lol the very stylized shoujo art confused me i had to reread it all. SO! let me explain for others. SYNOPSIS: A serendipitous meeting at a train left Okada with a familiar feeling he can't put a finger on. Starting that day, he can't get the smaller guy out of his mind but Yoshikuni kept being cold to him which he later learned why. So, smaller one (yoshikuni) has actually been crushing on okada since middle school but is thankful that they live separate lives and did not became friends (bec he doesn't want to be friendzoned). #reencounter 3(?) years later and he still like the guy. Finally, Okada turned his way and noticed him. He wanted for them to be more and this sudden attention from Okada made him hope for more that is why he said not to be kind to him because he (okada) doesn't understand a thing. Still, their feelings finally met so it's all cute and sweet. *chap. 4: TIME JUMP. okada's best friend's POV. (On the other hand, THIS guy stay in the friendzone.) Started the story in time jump, they were now adults and Yoshikuni shoot up in height. asahi (okada) and yoshikuni were now living together. Yoshikuni (rei) started acting odd when Fujishiro (seita) came back to japan. Yoshikuni knew that the best friend is holding a flame for his boyfriend since high school so he's troubled. However, Asahi had no idea what is the silent tension between his boyfriend and bestfriend and he's frustrated with both. In the end, seita still chose to protect their friendship while rei got over his weird jealousy mood and the couple resolved it w/o unnecessary drama because they are cute and lovey-dovey. And seita can keep his silence forever. That would be best for all. (though i hope the mangaka make something about him properly falling inlove with another guy tho)

⟫ Te wo Tsunaide, Sora wo > Amayakana Toge > Aisanai Otoko > Vanilla Star. 〚 Slice of life story series of friends working in a publishing house and their lovers.〛 first pair: haruya (writer) x maki ch. 1-6: blocked writer who stays at the outskirts of Tokyo saved this dirty and hungry young man. #met when the boy's 17. 17 yo youth x 30 yo guy that works in a publishing co. + that cute tuxedo cat. ch. 13: extra story about seme's ex. and his new boyfriend. yagisawa introduced the new guy to the main couple. ------ɫ ⬧ ɫ-------- Non-related shorties. ch. 7-9: Kiss me Daddy, a reprint from the manga Make me happy. #age gap. ch. 10: #office life of a guy who had a bad rumor around him in the office. more specifically, being gay. #discrimination #homophobia. then slanderer aka. the salty-douchebag-exBF hit karma. and uke lived happily ever after. ch. 11: it is interesting. why is it open-ended. mangaka should have just made this into a fucked up oneshot... or two-shot. at least i want more of them. started with #rape and #imprisonment. yep, it's always the silent ones. #college friends, but seme had this "great" idea of making a stockholm syndrome victim out of the friend he's having an unrequited love with. #rape to love i guess. ch 12: nice. i a bit intense story. a guy who looked like a stiff-collared businessman rented him out for the whole night. uke is moonlighting as a #prostitute to pay for college. in the middle of sweet talk, he said "take me with you" he did mean it a bit. but was left with a thick envelope of money. then he saw on tv this #embezzler who looked super familiar.

I love it. the love triangle is well done. mangaka is aware of what she is doing and properly laid down of how the teens would react in their situation without going overboard and made it real. the shoujo-y style is also done effectively. #dorm-mates.

Due to the physical constraints of an omega, uke uses his friend(s) to have sex with him in order to pursue something he is good at. already not the usual stereotypical omega-in-rags that you see everywhere. this one can actually break that glass ceiling. IMO the whole concept of this manga screams very omegavere-ish more than any omegaverse mangas out there. It's animalistic, sexy and hot. Not to mention it has a very pretty art style. I'd rather prefer this in-your-face smut than those try-hard sweet yet rapey romance. The intensity of the heat is displayed well here too. I love it when they rut out. My MAIN problem lies with how the mangaka patch together her plot devices. It could have been a very good manga if she was able to deal with all the loose threads properly. I want to rate this higher but it ended up with a mess. She can't be serious on ending it this way. OMO I know this is not a shounen manga but still... where's my koshien???

an old manga i've read. i don't mind rereading again since it's fun and rare (esp the cowboy concept). an entertaining light read, a fun adventure wild west-ish manga with nice twist. too bad it seems like the boy is not really sexually interested in either one of the handsome men around him. they were are nice eye candy tho.
