so glad to get back at this! i initially thought it's just a oneshot but was surprised that it finished with a few more chapters! also, i like the contrasting characters of the uke and seme, not the usual stereotyped characterization. xiu-sama stayed manly and dominant until the end, and loi (seme) is such a sweetheart. i'm so happy! -------- ch.1-3 & 6: cry-baby seme x dominant uke. uke master, seme servant ch. 4-5: entertaining fantasy-action story with a berserker and his exorcism sword in the modern world. love the story.

A josei manga with beautiful art, nice fantasy setting and delicious BL undertones. *2017 update: it's a miracle that it's getting picked up again... hope to see this through the end :) [ 2016-01-13 15:39 marked]

Main story: An epic yaoi showbiz masterpiece of it's time. A 90s Nitta-sensei work. One of the early BLs that spawned more than one full-length animation and that's already saying something with how relevant this manga is. *Ch. 20: sawa-san (minor couple)'s backstory. beautiful and bittersweet transgender story. -------------.//.------------- Fuyu no Semi *chapter 24-25: Also adapted into anime, this gorgeous manga is of high caliber. I'm floored how at first it's a simple supplement fictional movie for this manga's two mc but the quality of how it's done is outstanding. .//. *Ch. 5.2: **Unrelated oneshot. high jumper that quit from being discouraged. The very sempai he got intimidated on challenged him with a bet.

ch. 1-9: ore_wa_warukunai yamada sensei's handling of timeline flow is nice. and i like the main throwback story too. couple 1: straight seme x #awkward #megane uke couple 2: the angsty tragedy of a must-never-be #non-blood related incest relationship. as much as other people dislike this couple i like it because of the intensity and drama. --- ch.10: extra oneshot. basketball sempa-kohai #blackmail #comedy #reencounter
