From the summary I thought it's gonna be a heartwrenching drama but it turned out fluffy. Like... WHOA. All the good things. Nice. Yet it's SOO cute and the pretty art more than compensate. WORTH READING! Why I upped it to 4 stars? Seme became loving, good couple and no dark twist. I appreciate it.

A manga with Fireworks concept. Hmmmmm interestiing. The narrations are poetic. At times like these i wish i could totally read nihongo. The artwork is pretty too. HOWEVER, it got crippled by the romance part. It's very much lacking. I wish they just focused on the fireworks creation with little BL because the love story seemed so rushed. DOcking one star for the rating because of the romance.

I am so amused with how the mangaka took the time to properly explain the "disease" and here I am being impatient with the anal massage. Sorry mangaka! I initially thought it's going to be smutty so I expected sex at first or second chap. TBH I was getting on the seriousness of the "disease" and suddenly we've gone back to the hilarious unwilling anal probe by the straight guy part. Issei is a track runner w/ all his heart and soul. Out of desperation, he asked his best friend to do prostate massage so his disease would not get worse. Straight best friend braced himself to do things on a guy's hole so his friend would not give up his dreams of being an athlete. Unexpected feeling developed despite them both being initially straight. Would it break or make their friendship?

I recommend this to people who like cool (and a little bit of a bully) seme and cute uke pair. The ultra shoujo type of BL from characters down to the story. Somewhat similar to Hidoku Shinaide but the seme here is gentler and nicer. Freshman does his best to get the attention of his sempai even if it means bullying sempai's friend. Sempai misunderstood his intentions and tried to protect his friend. Good thing about them is that when they got together, they inspire growth on each other. I'm just a little bit miffed that the uke is very reliant on the seme and acts like the stereotypical shoujo heroine whose head is full of "emotions & love things". I am okay with immature characters but the way he relies too much on the seme is disconcerting... as if he cannot stand on his own.

Ch. 1-2, 6.1: From strangers to lovers, handsome (but slutty) salaryman Asai has a policy of one night stands only yet there's this magnetism he felt for the guy he had sex w/ at the train station. So they kept meeting and meeting and him breaking his policy until he's not satisfied with other men anymore. How the low virtues/no morals guy fell inlove. (uke) .//.
