3.75 Engaging and tragic love story. It had the perfect amount of drama. However, while the story's concept was good, the manga could definitely had been more polished and refined because the manga offen seemed kinda confusing. This also didn't make me feel as empathetic as I thought I was going to be. But maybe the art also took part in my issue with this because I wasn't the biggest fan of the art. Maybe I'll reread it.

YES! FINALLY ANOTHER WORK BY THE MANGAKA OF MY ALL TIME FAVORITE YAOI MANGA. I have high expectations for this one and I'm glad to say that I'm liking what I've read so far. It's also interesting that this story is essentially the opposite of Itou-san (ie sadistic younger seme vs caring older seme), yet still just as twisted. Ugh I can't wait for more! Chapter 2: OH MY GOD I CANT. ITS SO TWISTED AND FUCKED UP AND I LOVE IT.

Eh. It wanted to be twisted and dark but I just wasn't feeling it.

3.5 Tragic story about unrequited love. The psychological part is pretty weird but is understandable as well as makes the story unique. Besides that this pretty realistic to how unrequited feelings work.

3.5 I quite liked how realistic this felt to fall out of love and back in love. I'm glad the uke broke up with that asshole even though he put up with his dickwadness because he loved him. Really shows character development in the uke. My main issue is the conclusion of putting the uke with the supportive friend. It was way too rushed. I get why the friend had unrequited feelings for him but rushing the uke to love the friend makes his feelings seem not genuine. I would be much more satisfied if there was two or three chapters more on developing their relationship.

This sucks.
