god i liked the premise but the characters are so one dimensional!! he's not even TRYING to hide his identity -- the first ch says "treat women like rocks" to not be a degenerate (which is sexist on its own but id prefer it to lechery) and then he acts like a pervy incel anyway -- the prologue made me think hed be level headed and cool, but this is so so typical im out

the emperor's a dumb man-child L O L . for once, i dont hate the concubine (unless she turns out to be a snake bish then i will be v disappointed). and mc is shrewd and funny. overall, i like where it's going but idk how theyre gonna redeem the emperor lol
