It was cute and I enjoyed reading it.

I liked it. They were decent people and deserved happiness. If I were the ML, however, the ex-fiance and the step-father would be on the list of people that I would be in a locked, sound-proof room with for about an hour. They wouldn't be able to walk for a while when I was done.

I really liked this one. The plot isn't new, of course, but the author and mangaka did a really good job.

I liked the story. She was a pretty cool FL for an Harlequin, and I loved the king's former fiancee. The ML was a bit of a dope, but he worked hard, and at least he wasn't the arrogant, egotistical alphahole so beloved of HQ authors.

That was definitely one of the cuter "contract marriage" romances I've come across in a while. The FL and her close friend were both nice girls and the daughter was adorable. The ML started off grumpy, but was a really good guy. I really loved it when her cute friend Mandy took over the charity party with the scumbag off in Lala land in the bushes. Seeing her character, I wouldn't be surprised if she had him thrown off the premises for crashing the party (my kind of gal!). Well done to the author and mangaka.

I'm always a sucker for a mother finding her child. I enjoyed this one, especially as the adoptive parents were quite decent people and didn't do cruel things to the birth mother. The biological father and the FL's father can be pals in whatever circle of hell scum like them end up in.

The FL makes me think of the adage, “Denial isn’t just the name of a river in Egypt.” Her husband was a serial adulterer, an alcoholic, was constantly being fired, and belittled her as a woman. And this idiot believed what he said. Then she pushes the blame and her hatred on an innocent party. Not only that, but she wants money from him (admittedly for something extremely important). The closest thing I can come up with is that she has the symptoms of an abuse victim, similar to Stockholm Syndrome. She needs a good shrink.

The story was alright and their daughter was cute as a button, but I almost wondered how they had time for her as they were so horny. I mean to say that sex is great as well as imperative for the continuation of the human race, but there are other things in life!

That was a lot of fun, and a nice romance as well. No gratuitous sex, no toxic jerk-wads, no fake drama. The characters were realistic and fun people (many HQ characters who are supposed to be total heartthrobs I find to be total bores). Definitely an enjoyable read. It was also nice to have a wealthy Italian ML who was an intelligent wholesome character instead of the moronic, testosterone-ridden, alphahole stereotypes some HQ authors are overly fond of depicting as Italian, Spaniard or Greek.

I liked it a lot. It was as good as the other story in the series and the main characters were people I could root for, not vulgar horndogs and complete idiots.
