Wow. The ML wasn't a complete and utter scumbag. Instead of a token apology, it was as though he was actually tormented by his guilt. His sister really rocked too!

I liked it. It’s true theML was nouveau rich, but he wasn’t a jerk eaten up by envy like so many trying to improve their social position. The FL’s reconciliation with her mother was also very well done.
