Either he’s off his meds or he’s from a totally different dimension. One minute he’s sexually harassing and assaulting the FL, who keeps saying no and is obviously terrified (and he’s using some incredibly vulgar pickup lines), and the next he’s talking like a Puritan preacher. So: is he schizophrenic and off his meds or is he the biggest hypocrite in the county? It has to be one or the other, and I’m betting on the raging and unchecked mental illness (not to mention the fact that he's abjectly stupid).

In general, I don't like blood feuds and revenge, although I approve of justice, poetic and not-so-poetic. What got me about this story is that the dude spent the first part targeting a grieving sister and father for his "blood for blood" revenge. Then, when he found out that the person who actually caused his sister's heartbreak and death (as well as her child) had conspired with his wife to lie about the whole thing, he is all out of passion for revenge. It's kind of like a policeman shooting a motorist over a parking violation, but going all sentimental and understanding over the trauma of a child murderer.
