Well, he was typical for HQ in that he was a billionaire with no brains. He thought he was up to all the tricks, but her trash father played him like Jascha Heifetz on a Stradivarius. The FL now, was the coolest, and did with incredible panache what many HQ females abysmally fail to do. When, after baring her soul and accepting his "eternal love," he kicks her to the curb and chooses to believe the worst of her, she doesn't fall into total depression and waste away dreaming of his handsome face. She fixes the business ON HER OWN, drops the whole package in his lap along with her wedding ring, and walks off with a smile to be a waitress. She showed him and the world, as well as proving to herself, that she was perfectly capable of living happily without him. I really would have preferred it if she stayed away and started her own business, achieving her own success and leaving the brainless butthead alone with the great success that she achieved while he was wallowing in his own helplessness. Now THAT would have been an ending to make my feminist soul outrageously happy. Keelin alone is the reason I gave this manga five stars.
