Go turn yourself in to a psychiatrist colleague for some intensive and long term treatment and therapy." He definitely needs it. He also has less business raising children than I do being head researcher at the Large Hadron Collider. At a family party, his older daughter deliberately trips her little sister and makes her fall. Wonder parent just closes his eyes and puts his hand to his forehead. Don't say anything to the perp, don't try to comfort the younger sister. Just give your kids the impression that you don't care and that bad conduct is rewarded with impunity. That's certainly the way to let them know that you care about them. Your nurture will undoubtedly make them into stellar citizens. No wonder your brother turned to drugs.

I enjoyed it, and liked the fact that the whole family was pretty down to earth and all seemed to have a sense of humor. ML was a bit of a doofus, though. He saw her and immediately proposed. I've met some people who seemed too good to be true at first meeting, and it was correct: It wasn't true. When I first met my wife, I was definitely attracted, but we dated for some time before I proposed, and were engaged for a year before marrying. Love at first sight always sounds great, but jumping into it immediately is a recipe for real regret.
