I liked the fact that the FL wasn't "practically perfect in every way" like Mary Poppins. She was messy and a little bit of a slob, but she was a good and interesting person. I would have preferred more character detail about her. The denouement was not terribly dramatic, and I kept waiting for some sort of climax toward the end, which didn't happen. Pretty good, though, on a whole.
