What a doofus. His mindset: "I kind of like her, so I'll treat her like garbage so she'll leave me alone. It's working; I've treated her so badly that she hates me! Damn, I've fallen in love with her, so now I'll be Mr Charming and get her to love me." You know, dude, that 180 degree turnaround is more likely to make her think that: (1) You're a bipolar fruitcake and dangerous, or (2) You have some hidden and probably nefarious agenda. At any rate, perhaps you should try the unheard of tactic of being honest. I know it's against HQ law, but have the guts to try being a rebel.
