The story wasn't bad at all, but the ML bugged me because he went back and forth all the time. One minute he was happy to be with her and supportive and the next he was withdrawn and avoiding her. I wouldn't call it Jekyll and Hyde personality or even bipolar, but he sure was inconsistent and blew hot and cold with her. I've had people in my life like that, and about the third time they seemed to decide they didn't really like me anymore, I let it go and was unresponsive and discouraging the next time they decided to be friends again.
