Unsatisfied with the bad ending of "The Little Mermaid" when he was a kid, Yoshitoshi decides to create a happy ending for the Little Mermaid in his own animation! However, he just can't find a voice actor to play the role of the Little Mermaid. But he suddenly hears an ideal voice.
