Trying To Upload

Hey everyone, I wanted to ask if there's a way to upload directly to mangago.
I tried to find a question with an answer but I haven't. If you do know how to or anything relevant to the question please share, thank you! (●'◡'●)ﾉ

Has anyone else been having issues uploading here? I’ve been noticing that it’s taking longer and longer for them to upload things that I send in (not complaining just concerned). I recently sent in a manga and it’s been over two days and I haven’t gotten an error message or anything so I was just wondering if anyone else was having a long wait time as well because they have a long queue or something or if it was some kind of issue with my account or something!
