Theo, a man who lost his eyesight from the shock of losing his wife in a fire five years ago.
Rene was found in the forest five years earlier with severe burns on her face. Having lost all her memories, she has since lived as a maid, enduring abuse from a cruel baron.
One day, Theo happens to visit the baron's mansion as a guest. Realizing how wealthy Theo is, the baron threatens Rene and orders her to seduce him.
As the two gradually become drawn to each other through a strange sense of familiarity, they begin to uncover a terrifying truth.
