Summary
Plot: If you at look the earth from one light year ahead, you can see the earth from a year before. Beyond 10 light years will be 10 years before, beyond 100 light years will be 100 years. ...it's like a universe is a big time machine.
In the village where you can see stars clearly, villagers will forced to leave the town in a year, because of new strange power plant will be build. when they realize it, there were weird bars being builded surrounding the village, seem like it will swallowed the town real soon. In the village where Koutarou grows up on for 11 years, Koutarou didn't want to accept the fact that village will be disappeared. Koutarou is so determined to save the village, and it was a beginning of summer break. in front of Kotarou and Haruhiko(his best friend), Oosaki Kanna, woman who suit a smile arrived to town.
