What are the quickest way to make my chest look smaller, yes I do use binding and some times sports bra but I really want to make them at least look a tad bit smaller when I am naked because I cannot look myself in the mirror. I don't get bottom dysphoria but I hate my chest so much.
I really wish I could express myself the way I want to but I don't feel like I will not be able to live outside of my closet in the conservative ass place I live in. I wish I could live my truth but that means I have to sacrifice a lot of cishet privileges when I am neither cis nor het.
