Tried to and had the courage to say "I'm sorry i didn't study for the quiz" to my chemistry teacher when I was summoned to write the answer in front on the whole class.

I think that people need to work on loving themselves first and foremost, before diving into a relationship because like you said, you make decisions that you ultimately regret because of fear and insecurity and you just end up hurting yourself and the other person involved. reply

what I meant by avoidant people is like when they like the person but they push them away because they are afraid but at the same time they think they don't deserve that person or like they are not enough. so pushing people becomes their defense mechanism.
(not really sure if that's what really is an avoidant, that's why im asking)
