Guys im finally old enough to watch 'Hannibal' (translate : i was too young to know the hype back then , now im late and is finally gonna watch it :') )

So i just started watching and read the synopsis . Then smth came to mind and i felt dejavu , cus I SWEAR there a BL manhwa with the SAME plot and i've read it . But i cant remember the name ! Now im curious what the name is TwT

My brain tells me 'meh , you're just confusing its with PIETA ' . But NAUR ik there's a BL with this plot !

So if anyone knows please do tell me :'D i'd trade my soul just to know the name of it ! ( as long as we sign a contract okay ? )

I've been trying to remember the name of this movie for the past 5 YEARS . and everytime i tried to search it , it either didnt came up or doesnt match what i remember . Im soo desperate to find it , that movie is the reason i hv a big fear of ocean . I was young and it left a big impact on me fr and it wasnt even that scary tbh TwT. Ik its hopeless , but this is my last attempt before i'd finally give up.

Soo , the movie is kinda old , but not 90s old , bcs i watch it around 6th grades , so anything before 2016 . Maybe between 2009 to 2016 , bcs the movie isnt that bad quality if i remember correctly .

I dont remember fully of the plot cus i was young and it was in english (not my native) , but it was about like marine biologist/scientist and navy soldiers (?) they were trying to uncover a deep sunken ship , idk for what purpose , but theyre really risking it all fr , having several ppl diving in , then going down there with submarines to take closer look . And at some point they went to take a dive to check the ships tgt even tho it was rlly deep . And then , at some point , i think they found like a cave nearby the ship area . Then stupidly enter the cave only to discover this translucent jellyfish like virus living in there .

I remember the ending was how they all die bcs the submarine hv problem or so , like "water is leaking in and all , we all gonna drown" kind of thing . Then most of the divers are consume by the source of the jellyfish virus thingy . Then at the end of the movie , the virus reproduce and the divers that were eaten were inside the babies of the virus . Yup . The virus is big enough to fit a human. Like imagine a womb with a baby , like with a umbilical cord and all , but the womb is jellyfish and is translucent . Like a baby inside a slime . Weird right .

Yeah and i think that part is what stuck with me the most . Cus kid me thought virus like that could be real and is in the ocean rn or bcs its my first time seeing a tragic ending to a movie where no one survived . Thinking back it was really silly and stupid .Either way , it traumatized me lol . Im scared of the ocean and cant swim till now XD

So to sum up what i know abt the movie:
- The name is only two words (e.g : Deep Sea , dark ocean ect. )
- movie before 2016 . Cus i watch it that year on tv with my family . Not in cinema .
- Quality not bad .
- its in english . Idk if its american movie or not , but most likely .
- about ship and jellyfish virus in the sea .
- tragic ending.

I hv a few manhwa panels that i ss before , but over time i forgot their names . So i need help with finding their names cus i wanna reread them :')
