Summary
Rose, the daughter of a poor rural lord, lives a cheerful life despite her family’s poverty thanks to her naturally bright personality. One day, a letter arrives from the royal capital: “All noble daughters of the kingdom are to be summoned as candidates to become the fiancée of the Second Prince.”
Determined to fulfill her duty as a noble, Rose heads to the capital—but she has absolutely no intention of becoming the prince’s bride! Her plan is simple: quickly decline the candidacy and enjoy her very first time in the royal city.
