In the peaceful town of Kyokoyama, the daily life of 17-year-old high school student Hitomi Layichi takes an unexpected turn. While leading an ordinary existence and even excelling in sports, her destiny changes when a monster seizes control of her body in the middle of a school day. Transported into a parallel reality, Hitomi finds herself amidst monstrous entities, putting her own existence in jeopardy.
