On his first day of school during homeroom, high school student Namito Kominato finds himself seated behind a dodgy girl who wears a paper bag and is always soaking wet. He starts up a club called the "Conversation Club" with a group of eccentric, but beautiful girls: the shy girl Kamiyama-san, the caring but uniform-obsessed committee chairwoman Youkou Arai, and Harusame Amano, who talks to a panel of magical girls.
