I never feel down but I do get super mad and when I do I fs tell my friends. I will let them know my anger and they have to take it wether they like it or not reply

Yes, but I don't do it extremely often only when I really have to bc I understand that just because I feel negative that doesn't mean they have to feel negative all the time too. Be productive, make fun plans for yourself, find something to hyperfixate on. I usually don't really feel lonely but these are things that I do a lot when I'm alone. It really helps with taking your mind off of things and cluttering it, you usually won't have any room to think about feeling lonely. reply

How do you deal with loneliness? I'm stuck alone for the next few days, and I never realized how much it sucks being alone away from home, especially for days.
I have bipolar and that kinda stuff is normal for me during a manic episode. And also BPD mood swings can also cause that for me. And also like really severe depressive swings. Usually if I’m in a safe place, I just let it out. It feels better than holding it in. And sometimes it can lead you to other emotions like if I’m in a depression episod...... reply
