If u feel u are bipolar u need to act on it now. I don't want to scare u but it will only get worse depending on how bad it is. Bipolar is a very serious mental illness. Literally same and my friends all think I’m bipolar too but I’m not tryin to self diagnose and Ik that if I try and tell one of my parents they’ll think I’m faking it or say something like it’s all in ur head or you watch to much tv 1 reply
I relate sm to the female hormones bit especially when I'm geniuenly distraught and they brush it off as "oh your period must be coming soon" but if you feel like something is wrong I'd try to talk to maybe like an older figure that's not like that. Yk like an older sibling or another parent or maybe a teacher if you trust one enough 1 reply
I know I have something wrong with me. Can't get properly diagnosed since everytime I go to the doctor my mom answers every single fucking question about my mental health. I think they just see it as female hormones and such (it honestly might be since I'm delusional as fuck), but they see it as it'll go away soon and I'll be fine. Now that I think about it, I honestly just might be delusional and stupid. Oh well. Anyway, I wanna know what everyone's thoughts are on this lol.
