Okay so this defffff needs a lot of background but I'll try to keep it as short as possible.
Me- Part of a school/athletic club
me- meets BF
me- is welcomed into BF's friends group that is also in the club and a large part of it
me- have a roommate for 1 semester that is part of the club and also friends with that group
me- vibing during covid times qurentine
me- goes on a hike with BF Roomie, and 2 of the 3 friends and a random mutual (total of 6)
me- watches as J (who is dating the girl who didn't come, G) and A (who I didn't like from the start) hang all over each other the entire hike
me- watches them wander into the woods together to "pee"
me- remembering some mutals warning me they thought A had a thing for J for a few years
me- telling BF, BF confirming what I saw since these bitches were in the woods for 20 minutes
me- telling roomie
me- being told to not tell G bc I probably am biased against A
fast forward a few months
me- is told my G that her and J are on "break" because he asked for it (A told him to ask for one)
me- tells G what I know bc I feel hella bad for not telling her sooner, I do tell her the fact I may be biased and I am totally not vibing with J and A and haven't for a while.
me- gets told by G that she found A's underwear at her apartment that she co-lives in with J
me- :000000
me- talking to people G has told
me- is told by A's Ex, a friend of mine, that she did that often after having sex at his place

me- in shock
A few people have said I shouldn't have told G what I knew. I don't know if I did the right thing. I wish they'd break u for real (J and G) because J treats G like a maid and clearly is emotioanlly cheating with A. I haven't been friends with A for a long time. Roomie and BF are in the same boat as me and haven't liked A for a while and since both are from split households due to cheaters, neither are vibing with J and A. I told BF these are his friends first and I will respect his decision since I'm not close to any of them, aka if you wanna drop 'em, I'll drop 'em too.
