I have searched and asked everywhere but got no answer. I thought I'll ask here as well cause why not lmao anyways here is the thing- I have used the same email for genshin and hoyolab. I dunno know if I logged in the official site or not and when I try to redeem codes on hoyolab and select the server (Europe for be specific) the character name showed was wrong so I went to official site of hoyoverse my acc was already logged in and user id was incorrect. I tried to link my acc but it says it is already linked. What should I do? Should I deleted acc on official hoyoverse site? But it says my game progess with also be deleted??
Also one more thing I played genshin in the month of May and then deleted the game and downloaded again around august. I believe I used the same email but my progess of then (May) vanished so I had to start all over again. Is this connected to it?? what should I do?? I am desperate. Also sorry for the long post!
