listen to some music and try to get yourself on a routine of writing a tiny bit each day to come up with some ideas for new chapters in anything your writing reply

I usually watch/read a lot of disturbing stuff, horror. Makes me paranoid and anxious, keeping my mind of it.
Stay away from anything that reminds you of whatever you're working on
