Life Changing Stuff

So I may or may not have been sexually harassed tonight by my mom's guy friend who she wants to start dating. FYI I'm over 18 so this isn't an adult preying on a child situation.

My mom's friend came over today to meet my older sister for the first time. The three of them planned to go out to the bar together afterward. The night started off okay. We were all sitting/standing around chatting and everything was fine. Sometime during the conversation he asks me if I'm going to the bar also and I tell him no because I don't like alcohol. He tells me "Oh come on. Live a little." And I tell him again that I'm not interested. He then walks over to where I'm sitting on the couch and sits so close to me that our thighs were smushed together. This instantly made me uncomfortable because I hate people touching me. He says something along the lines of "You need to get out more. Experience what the world has to offer blah blah blah." Then he put his hand on my thigh and taps me several times. It was fucking creepy.

As the night went on, he kept saying sexual jokes/comments that were inappropriate considering none of us really know him. And every time he would make one of those comments, he would look directly at me from across the room and make gestures towards me. He pretty much kept telling me weird ass shit throughout the night as well. He told me that he wants to take me to see the world (whatever the fuck that means). He randomly walked over to me and stood inches away and said "I need to be reborn." I told him I didn't understand. Then he responds with "To make us closer in age because they don't make women like you anymore." I didn't know what to say. I just laughed awkwardly while panicking on the inside.

So my question is, does it sound like this guy has a strange sense of humor or is he just a creep? He did have a few drinks while at our house, but there's no way he was drunk when he said all those comments. He seems oddly fixated on me for whatever reason. Like, he kept coming up with excuses to walk over and talk to me one on one. I feel uncomfortable around him but a part of me feels like maybe I'm overreacting. Idk what to think. I've never been in this type of situation before ╥﹏╥ I don't want to ruin things for him and my mom if they do start dating but I don't want to be around him if this is how he's going to act.
