Well, if it's restricted then it isn't truly free. But that doesn't mean you can say whatever you want without expecting any ramifications.

That's called Hate Speech and yes it should absolutely be restricted and a crime. Unfortunately, in much of the world, including the US, it largely is not.
If your "speech and expression" is promoting ideas and mindsets that can result in the objective harm of other people, then your "freedom" to such things can and should be restricted. reply
