“Night... Night?...”

Day slowly presses his body onto Night’s body, making him pay attention.

“Hmm, what do you want?”

“How long are you gonna work on that?”

Day tills his head in curiosity.

Night gives out a soft smile.

“Not that long, Day.”

Night replied while ridding Day’s hair softly.

“Mmkayy....”

For a few seconds, Day looks at Night’s computer. It looked confusing but interesting.

“Nightttt...”

“Hm?”

“Can I watch you?”

“Sure, but why?”

“Mmm, just because I just wanna watch.”

‘Hmm, kay.”

Day grads a random blanket and puts his head on Night’s shoulders.

For the next couple of of minutes Night continued to work on his assignment as Day leans on him like a pillow.

“Alright, I’m done... Day.”

As Night turns off his computer, he finds Day quietly sleeping on his shoulders.

Night rolled his eyes and softly giggled.

“Hmm, what am I gonna do with him...”

Night hold up his hair and gives a kiss on Day’s fore head. He then picks up Day and place him on the bed with him following.

“Goodnight, Day~”

Night pat Day’s head for the last time and big spoons him.

——————————————————————————

It’s now the next morning, Day slowly wakes on to Night hugging him tightly.

Day blushes a little, he had never been this close to him considering that they have been dating for 1 month. Whatever, does it matter now?

Day hung onto Night more and more. To the point where his face was fully one Night’s chest.

“Night, you will be mine... Forever~”

Day said in mischievous voice, clinging onto Night’s back...

(Sorry if this one is short and boring, I had no ideas for a smut plot for rn so I made a fluffy short one)

People who are not physically healthy are at an increased risk for developing mental conditions such as depression. People who participate in unhealthy lifestyle practices also have a more difficult time overcoming depressive episodes than healthier people.Research shows that physical illnesses increase the likelihood of depressive illness, including the following:
Stroke.
Heart disease.
Chronic pain, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue. ...
Multiple sclerosis.
Hypothyroidism.
Hormone imbalance. ...
HIV.
Postpartum depression.
Five Warning Signs of Mental Illness
Long-lasting sadness or irritability.
Extremely high and low moods.
Excessive fear, worry, or anxiety.
Social withdrawal.
Dramatic changes in eating or sleeping habits.
In a healthy brain, brain cells (neurons) are produced throughout a person's adult life in a part of the hippocampus called the dentate gyrus. In people with MDD, however, the long-term exposure to increased cortisol levels can slow the production of new neurons and cause the neurons in the hippocampus to shrink. There's no single cause of depression. It can occur for a variety of reasons and it has many different triggers. For some people, an upsetting or stressful life event, such as bereavement, divorce, illness, redundancy and job or money worries, can be the cause. Different causes can often combine to trigger depression.Having a mental illness is hard enough, but the stigma associated with mental health conditions can add an extra layer of stress for both partners. The person with a mental illness may feel shame, embarrassment, or guilt about their condition. They may try to hide their symptoms or fail to seek the help they need.Research shows your brain physically ages faster when you're depressed. Looking into the brain, new research out of Yale University shows depression can physically change a person's brain, hastening an aging effect that might leave them more susceptible to illnesses associated with old age.
