Yall Ever Just Feel Sad

my brother keeps hitting me and stepping on me really hard. i lay on the floor a lot and he always steps on my head and it hurts and grosses me out. he knows i have a problem with cleanliness. i need to be clean and proper but he never showers or washes his feet even and im so frustrated that im crying and low-key having a panic attack rn. i told him that it really bothers me but he says its his job as the big brother to teach me how to be a man and endure things i dont like. our parents even told him to stop but he wont. please help i dont know what to do i hate it
