Just google reporting international crimes or crimes in another country and you can see how the procedures usually go. It is required that you first contact your local police and they will then contact INTERPOL to deal with it. This is the ONLY way you can do this properly. Ok uh so I just googled lol, I have no personal experience but first site that showed up- https://www.interpol.int/en/What-you-can-do/If-you-need-help I guess you just tell your local police...
