The first BL I saw was the anime Love Stage!!, but my first BL/yaoi manga I read were Okane ga Nai and the Viewfinder series as they were also one of the first BL/yaoi animes, well technically OVAs, I saw. That was 11 or even almost 12 years ago. reply

Just google reporting international crimes or crimes in another country and you can see how the procedures usually go.
