A few years ago, I had lost a drastic amount of weight. I am 4 ft 9in and went from around 145 lbs to 97 lbs in about a year or so. I was constantly anxious and paranoid about eating. Everyday, I legitimately struggled to eat and my thoughts were racing through my head. ‘If I eat, I’ll gain weight. If I eat, I’ll have to exercise another two ......   1 reply

The Body Mass Index isn’t a good judgment of health and it cannot differentiate between FAT and MUSCLE. Remember that muscle weights more than fat! Whatever your ideal body goals are, please research various ETHICAL and SAFE sources and take care of yourself mentally as well!!! Also a tip: walking and drinking lots of water is the best way t......   1 reply

generally speaking, bmi is not accurate measurement of being “healthy” or not. just look up articles about it and people are already discouraging the use of bmi since it doesn’t take into account everything when assuming a person’s state of health.   reply

My BMI is around 20 or so (I'm 19 and 157 cm). I don't particularly have a goal BMI as long as I'm healthy? Because I work out a lot and I tone more than the average person, I also have more muscle, which is heavier than fat per volume. So I'm no longer very sensitive about my BMI/weight as long as I keep watch on my muscle/fat ratio.   reply

For you who don't know, BMI is Body Mass Index.

I always want the body of female kpop idols since they look skinny lean. So I looked up for their BMI, and most of them have BMI of 16-17. Keep in mind that healthy BMI is 18.5 to 25.

That's why I want to attain at least BMI of 18 (Right now I am at 23). What's your BMI and goal BMI if you are also losing weight like me? i am just curious and looking for a weight loss buddy I guess.
