I used to be such a fat ass before, I Honeslty don't know how I even got to the point where I was unhealthy but now that I've lost weight I'm starting to realize this shit sucks. Like wtf you mean if I wanna eat more I gotta workout more? And if I don't, I gotta eat less? Why is my maintenence only 1,500-1,700. It only sucks because im inconsistent when it comes to working out. I like working out, only if it's with someone. Worst thing is, I think I'd rather be eating like shit again and be happy, than have my hair falling out, still feeling like shit when I was "skinnier." I'm not that big anymore, but jeez I love food too much to go back to that state. Right now I'm just eating whatever, but hopefully when school starts again ill get into some active clubs or something. The hair falling is so real and rarely I've heard anyone say anything about that... I agree I'm also a very big fan of food I was obese around 10 and overweight in middle school then i lost around 12 kg during the covid lockdown but tend to stress eat for exam and gain some kg Maintaining is so hard I was so locked in and motivated when I lost the weight and now it seems harder than ever
From fatass to fatass, i would recommend eating what you like from time to time Like if you think you've eaten too much for lunch, try a light dinner or vice versa Or else if you think the food that you have eaten lately is 'junk', take a break and eat healthy and lots of veggie. Afterall when there is variation and you take breaks between the foods you like, they tend to taste better imo hehe U can do it Talk about your doctor/nutritionist about your issue, they may help reach a compromise
Yeah maintaining suckss! It's one of my biggest struggles because I'm always trying people's advice but I just end up going back. I'll try to remember that stuff, thanks
I tend to binge eat when i feel stressed and that's kindof a lot for me because i am stupid at coping, idk if it's the same for you, but stuff with mints help kinda bringing that cravings down, not for long but for a while
But i am not advocating for eating disorder, if You're eating well, don't feel guilty about it. And i apologise in advance if my advice was unnecessary.

I don't get hunger cues/cravings often, which is why I've kinda lost/gained such a huge amount of weight.
