HAPPY PRIDE MONTH TO ALL THE AROACE PEOPLE WHO WERE TOLD "you just haven't met the right one" the struggle is real. I've been aroace for a while without know it, and hearing people say that I'll change my mind eventually is so exhausting. For me, being aroace makes me feel like I'm restricted just because I can't "love" the same way other people do. I don't really understand "falling in love" but I am socially aware of how to show love in other forms! I understand why some people fall in love, but to me my feelings aren't strong enough to understand people. This makes it difficult for me to form any idea of "crushing" on someone. Frankly, I just don't know the difference between love and friendship. I feel like this may relate to some neurodivergent peeps! LMK!!
Also shoutout to my trans folks in the umbrella! Gender expression is different for everyone, and I'm glad that some of us can try what is most comfortable for us.
