Hello! Im looking for a penpal learning japanese, because Im learning japanese but Im in a love/hate relationship with it ^^', like somedays I wake up and think "oh I love japanese, so rich, so complicated but awesome" and somedays i wake up and think "why am I doing this to myself? Dx" so yeah I would like someone who is currently learning japanese (or wants to learn japanese) and would like to suffer with me lol, jk I feel like maybe learning with someone else will give me motivation in the days I feel like giving up. Also i know english and spanish so if you are learning japanese and speak those languages or know japanese and want to learn english and/or spanish then we could help each other (=・ω・=)
I'm always open to making new friends! However, I do have social anxiety which tends to make me feel quite alienated in my school, and nobody really shares my interests, ya know? So, I just push my Night Owl button and read, watch, and listen to stuff till the cows come home. Ah, man, but it's a fun life! 3 reply
I totally agree, it's so hard finding new friends. And having interests like yaoi or manga seems to be like a taboo subject to bring up even with real life friends (at least where I'm from). It would be great to have a group chat or something where we could all talk. I'm very shy and awkward too so I know where you're coming from (￣∇￣") Anyon...... 2 reply
Hi I'd love to make some online friends as well! all my friends here in Canada don't read yaoi and they don't even know that I read it and like it xD I feel way too awkward to talk about it because I feel like I'll be judged. I seriously have zero friends. The "friends "I have are only the type of people I hang out in school because it would be very awkward for a middle school student to be sitting in the cafeteria by themselves. I hope we can be good friends.
