Honestly, for the longest time I was under a big misconception of the difference between shounen ai and yaoi. I was around 12 when I discovered pairings of yugioh characters. And they were always tagged as yaoi even though it was very clean. I don't think I discovered true yaoi till probably late high school to early college when I was more in dept...... reply
I honestly didn't want my first kiss to happen the way that it did. It was in front of both of our parents...I mean come on, worst place ever! I didn't want an audience to that.
