I think, for me, it's gotta be Ryouma from Love Stage. He just so freaking adorable and refreshingly non-cliche. I don't remember well, but I think I was like 10 or 11 when I first stumbled upon it. I saw fanarts and some random yaoi/shounen-ai related things on Internet, I think I even noticed some yaoi manga in a comic book store (I think Kiss Ariki and other similar stuff).
