I got into yaoi when I was 13, I had already watched a lot of shounen-ai anime, my fav being Doukyuusei and Given so I had an idea of what they were like. I grew up around a lot of teenagers so I knew what sex was and gay and stuff like that is.... so..... don't really feel uncomfortable reading yaoi. i was probably around eleven or twelve. i had absolutely NO idea what yaoi was and yet i was confused as to why in the anime i was currently watching (owari no seraph, check it out!! it's rlly good) i was more interested on the relationship between the two main MALE characters rather than the mc and the fem! mc. and thus started my journey HAHAHAHA...... 2 reply
i think about 12 or 13 ? I was actually more into anime especially shoujo/slice of life, etc. I met a friend online who was also into anime, and she told me about Raising A Bat.
