1. Exercise at least 3 times a week. Start with a few stretches and work your way to intense workout routines
2. Drink 8-16 glasses of water daily. Keep a bottle with you at all times.
3. Take up a hobby. Stitching and embroidery is a good one to start on
4. Knock down the person with your preferred face. You can also go all out and Mix-And-Match.
Knocking down a person will be a breeze after all those INTENSE workout sessions.
The bottle(especially if it is an iron/steel one) would also be handy.
And finally Cut the face out off the person (with sewing scissors, optional) and use your now acquired sewing skills to sew it to your face.
