You need lifesaving surgery but your pfp, least favorite character, and favorite (or second fave if it's the same as your pfp) character are your surgeons, are you going to survive?
i hate direct confrontation so i just look straight at them for a few seconds without saying anything before changing the subject, most of the time (if they didnt mean it) they feel the need to clarify. it also helps the others in thr group notice their passive aggressiveness instead of it getting lost in the convo
